Local food entrepreneur Richard Oppenlander discusses his new book and his interest in healthy eating Thursday, October 28, at 7 p.m. in the College's Norris Center Towsley Hall. A $5 all-you-can-eat lunch deal featuring Ope's brand foods, is available that day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Lower Baldwin Hall.
